Exchanges:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

Warranties:
- All KingSick products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. The specific warranty period varies depending on the product, but will always include a minimum of 12 months warranty.

- We will then work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.
- If a product is deemed faulty under warranty, KingSick Website will cover the shipping costs for both the return of the faulty item and the delivery of the replacement item.
