Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

KingSick Website, managed by YEEWWW PTY LTD ABN 667 307 431 Registered in Western Australia ("KingSick Website", "we", "us", or "our"), is running a competition to win a $2,500 online purchase credit (the "Prize"). This competition is governed by the Lotteries (Gaming) Act 2003 (WA) and the Lotteries Commission of Western Australia's Rules for Lotteries conducted under Section 23 of the Act ("the Rules"). Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to all residents of Western Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees of KingSick Website, YEEWWW PTY LTD, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The competition period starts at 12:00am WA Standard Time (AWST) on February 15, 2024, and closes at 11:59pm AWST on March 8, 2024.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the competition, you must make an online purchase of any kind on the KingSick Website during the competition period.

4.2 Each online purchase made on the KingSick Website during the competition period constitutes one entry into the competition.

4.3 Multiple entries are permitted, with each additional online purchase during the competition period counting as a separate entry.

4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. To enter without making a purchase, please send an email with your full name, contact details, and a brief statement (no more than 25 words) explaining why you would like to win the Prize to info@kingsick.com.au.

5. Selection of Winner

5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period on March 11, 2024.

5.2 The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.

5.3 The winner's name and city will be announced on the KingSick Website and social media channels within 7 days of the draw.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a $2,500 online purchase credit that can be used on any purchase made on the KingSick Website. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative goods or services. Credit is subject to shopify usage rules.

7. General Conditions

7.1 KingSick Website reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.

7.2 KingSick Website accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

7.3 All entries become the property of KingSick Website.

7.4 By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Rules.

7.5 The decision of KingSick Website in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
